This Privacy Policy explains how MonasticIcons collects and uses information when you visit monasticicons.com, purchase an icon, create an account, contact us, or participate in our Library.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and deliver it, including your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number if provided, items ordered, and transaction details. If you create an account, we also store your account information and order history.
Our contact and icon-request form collects your name, email address, and message. Please share only what we need to answer your question or discuss your request. Do not send payment-card information or other sensitive personal information through the form.
If you submit a comment or product review, we collect the information entered in that form, together with technical information such as your IP address and browser information used for security and spam prevention. Approved comments, reviews, and your chosen display name may be public. Your email address is not displayed publicly.
Our website and service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser information, pages visited, referring pages, and interactions with the site.
How we use information

Payments and service providers
Payments are handled through WooPayments, which works with Stripe, and any additional payment service you select at checkout. Full card numbers and card security codes are collected through the payment provider’s hosted fields rather than stored in our WordPress database. Our store retains order information and payment references needed to manage transactions.
We share information as needed with providers that support payment processing, shipping, tax calculation, website hosting, email delivery, backups, analytics, and security. We use WooCommerce and Jetpack services provided by Automattic. Jetpack features include site statistics and security, and may process visitor and usage information. Shipping providers receive information needed to deliver your order.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect our rights, or protect customers.
